Dear. I don't understand why you are making me pay 18 USD until 05/22/2023. I paid 180 USD on 2023-02-01 and previously on the account I had 0.55 USD. My account balance was then 180.55 USD. This should be enough until August 2023. I chose: 172.80 USD / 6 Months / 28.8 USD / 20% Discount. Denali Exchanges Cost 1.25 USD / Month. For six months it is 6 x 1.25 USD = 7.50 USD. So the total is 172.80 USD + 7.50 USD = 180.30 USD / 6 Month. I had 180.55 USD in my account, which is 0.25 USD more. So I have everything paid until August 2023. Please check and verify it properly. Your Package Selection is not for the 6 month option - it is for the 3 month option, which is only a 10% discount, or $97.20 for 3 months. Your Usage Time is ending on May 22, 2023, and you are still set to renew to Package 10 for 3 months. But you do not have enough funds in your account due to the difference in the discount between the 3 month and 6 month options. We think we understand what you are thinking as we are looking through your Transactions. You had originally set your choice of package at 3 months for Package 10 back on May 10, 2022 (1 year ago). Therefore, you have been renewing at 3 months of Package 10 since then. In order to change your package, you need to actually change the selected package at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage Just putting funds into your account is not enough to force a package change. We have no idea what you want to do with those funds. Again, if you want to renew to Package 10 for six months at a time, you need to change the Package selection at the above link to the 6 month option, then select the button for "Update/Set". Then when your next renewal comes up, it will be for 6 months. In which case you will need to have $172.80 in your account for that renewal. Thank you for your comprehensive answer. I wanted my period to end in August and then in February. If I pay now for 6 months it will end in November, and then May. So I have to think about it, and I still have time. Why can't you change the deposit made on 2023-02-01 to 180 USD? I followed your instructions and it showed me that I need to deposit $95 in May.
