We think we understand what you are thinking as we are looking through your Transactions. You had originally set your choice of package at 3 months for Package 10 back on May 10, 2022 (1 year ago). Therefore, you have been renewing at 3 months of Package 10 since then.

In order to change your package, you need to actually change the selected package at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage

Just putting funds into your account is not enough to force a package change. We have no idea what you want to do with those funds.

Again, if you want to renew to Package 10 for six months at a time, you need to change the Package selection at the above link to the 6 month option, then select the button for "Update/Set". Then when your next renewal comes up, it will be for 6 months. In which case you will need to have $172.80 in your account for that renewal.
