Hi SC Support Team, I've been using an easy solution to receive market data from the CME exchange, and it has been working really well up until yesterday. Today, however, I received a notice saying that I need to connect to my trading account in order to continue receiving market data. When I tried to reconnect, I received an error message saying "no trading account assigned". I do have a funded trading account with Edge Clear, which is still active and has funds in it. Is it possible that I was kicked out because I haven't made any trades in the past 3 months? Or could it be because I missed 30 days without reconnecting to the account?

We apologize for this. Apparently Edge Clear has not clearly informed us on this. As long as you have an account you should be able to connect.

We do know the broker Stage 5 will accommodate a small account balance and that is what we recommend doing is moving your account to Stage 5.
