I have 12 package with sierra, my broker is amp futures and i am connected to the SC Data- all services. I am using number bars bid vol x ask vol. I've looked through every thread i can and maybe i'm missing something but im not sure what i need to do to get the number bars showing value. also i am not sure why my feed is delayed either and my 5 minute interval clock also only works once every 30seconds or so.

Let's start with the "easier" item. The reason you are getting delayed data is because you have not connected Sierra Chart to your trading account. You need to do this at least once a month to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges As to the Numbers Bars, you should not have an issue with this. thank you, yeah i connected my account and that is no longer an issue and it stopped lagging the timer. as for the screen shot i hope this is better. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1682450979610.png

This is most likely a coloring issue, but there are so many possible reasons for how things can be setup that it is easiest if you just get us a copy of your chart and we'll let you know what is not set correctly. It is just a scaling issue. You need to expand your time scale so you can view the numbers. Use the "Page Up" key to do this. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
