Let's start with the "easier" item. The reason you are getting delayed data is because you have not connected Sierra Chart to your trading account. You need to do this at least once a month to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. Refer to the following:

As to the Numbers Bars, you should not have an issue with this. Please give us an image of what you are seeing by following these instructions:
