I updated to version 2490. I can send orders to IB, but the position line is not showing and I keep getting the following in the log (it keeps repeating itself in a loop): Sending 3 order fills to server. First fill date-time UTC: 2023-04-10 19:50:08. Last fill date-time UTC: 2023-04-10 22:45:10 | 2023-04-10 18:22:38.876 HTTP error sending order fills. Response: ERROR: Unauthorized IP | HTTP status: Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200. | 2023-04-10 18:22:39.483 I am not sure what the unauthorized part is because TWS is running in the same machine, Sierra is connecting, and trade submission and execution works fine. Thanks Edit Rolled back to what I was using before: 2448. All problems gone 1) Trade position line works 2) Account value via "Account Balance Text - External Service" study works again Still getting Sending 4 order fills to server. First fill date-time UTC: 2023-04-10 19:50:08. Last fill date-time UTC: 2023-04-11 00:06:40 | 2023-04-10 19:58:02.794 HTTP error sending order fills. Response: ERROR: Unauthorized IP | HTTP status: Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200. | 2023-04-10 19:58:03.406 Maybe it was always there? Don't know. Doesn't seem to do any harm but it is concerning. Sending what fills to what server? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-04-11 00:59:41

ok. Not sure what that is or why it was enabled. Looks like it got rid of the log entries after I disabled it. Anyways I am on 2448. I would like to update to latest version. Should I try again or is there something else that needs to be done so I don't encounter the other issues I had with 2490? 1) Trade position line on chart 2) Account value via "Account Balance Text - External Service" study working Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-04-11 04:11:25

We apologize for this. 1. Disable this option or set it to No (the option may not exist in your version): Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server. 2. Exit from Sierra Chart 3. Delete this file: /TradeActivityLogs/OrderFillsToSend.data from within the Sierra Chart installation folder, if the file exists. This step is unnecessary if the Send Order Fills to SC Web Server option does not exist in your version. 4. Start Sierra Chart it again. The cause of the issue was a misconfiguration, of login data that Sierra Chart received last week which was promptly corrected. "Delete this file: /TradeActivityLogs/OrderFillsToSend.data" I had this file. Following your instructions, I deleted this file. Using version 2448, everything appears normal. I have a NQ position on right now. I can see it on my chart on version 2448 Then, I upgraded to "current". I got version 2491. My NQ chart show me flat, which is wrong Rolled back to 2448. NQ position visible on chart again. Current versions of SC have some bug. Please let me know any other details I can provide. Thanks. |

You are using Interactive Brokers and that is always going to be the issue. The bug is always on the Interactive Brokers side. Nevertheless we will see what can be done.
