We apologize for this.

1. Disable this option or set it to No (the option may not exist in your version):
Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server.

2. Exit from Sierra Chart

3. Delete this file: /TradeActivityLogs/OrderFillsToSend.data from within the Sierra Chart installation folder, if the file exists. This step is unnecessary if the Send Order Fills to SC Web Server option does not exist in your version.

4. Start Sierra Chart it again.

The cause of the issue was a misconfiguration, of login data that Sierra Chart received last week which was promptly corrected.
