Hey Support, Thanks for the quick response! As mentioned, I am getting full market depth data (enabled on my SC account + exchange) and it works for all of the symbols except for ES for some reason. I am getting full depth of market for NQ / YM/ MES but ES seems to bug out for some reason. I've tried troubleshooting earlier on that page with the link you provided but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. Looking forward to help with a fix! Thanks |

We checked all of our servers for invalid depth like you showed in the first screenshot. We could not find this. We want you to disable the use of custom Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Disabling Custom Symbol Settings And reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers If you have the problem again let us know and we will check the servers again.
