Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

If you are having trouble connecting to CQG we cannot help with that. Only your broker can.

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

I don't use CQG but DENALI, I subscribed yesterday, I don't understand the last time it worked well, in any case if you can't connect, I'm asking for reimbursement of the subscription I took yesterday.

The last payment for usage time was back in January 2023. There is nothing to reimburse and your usage time ends April 2. And there absolutely are no refunds whatsoever for exchange fees and you are warned multiple times about the requirements for those.

If you do not want to use CQG that is very good.

However, the real time CME data has to be authorized at nonprofessional rates. Who is your broker?

Let's start with your trading service. Are you able to connect to it? What error/issue are you getting if you are not connecting? What is the service that you are using?
