Hi folks! right now, my crosshair tool is white... i have tried to change the color but maybe not possible? I went to global, graphic settings, and see it in the drop down.. i changed the color, but it didnt work.. any suggestions? also, i cant click YES on "Use server side OCO orders. other traders in my group can, but i cant. doesn't work. Suggestions? Thank you so much |

If you have tried changing the color of the crosshairs under "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings" and it did not change, then this implies that the chart is setup for Chart Specific Graphics Settings. In which case, you need to select Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and change the color of the crosshairs there. Refer to the following regarding chart specific graphics: Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts With regards to the option for "Use Server Side OCO Orders", there is no reason that can not be changed from No to Yes. Refer to the following for how to use that particular setting functionality: Settings Windows Interface: Toggle Field (Working with Sierra Chart Windows >> Selection Specific Options) And depending on how your settings for the settings windows are setup, you may need to click twice on the "No" to actually get it to change. HI! Crosshair instructions worked perfect~ OCO orders, however did not. I did press 2 times and it only works for "NO", and i would like " YES". when i hit the space 1 and 2 times, it goes blank. Any other suggestions? Thank you! |
