hello im in a trade evaluator and have a live trading account with the same username and password im trying to trade both accounts at the same time..ie make trade on one account and it is copied to the other account i have to run separate instances bc both accounts dont show up on the drop down trade menu bc i guess its a different data feed for the trader evaluation (eventhough) the company said i need denali data (which i already have) \ ive read pretty much all the oder allocator and copy trader things i can find on the sierra chart support board so recap: problem 2 accounts same username and password BUT cannot connect them together to copy trades from one to the other thanks |

From what you are stating, these accounts can not be using the same Username and Password that you are using to connect your Sierra Chart instances to your Order Routing Service. Please let us know if you are using the exact same Username and Password in both instances of Sierra Chart to connect to the trading service and if so, how you get one account in one instance and another account in another instance. yep same username and same PW one instance is on an SSD card connected to my laptop the other is just in C drive of my laptop i can go to global settings> data and trade service setting and move from tetonCME to trade evaluator on either instance so SSD instance is trading evaluator and C drive is tetonCME but again BOTH ARE FROM SAME username and password.. and its real time data trade evaluator not delayed.. i bet i have to wait until i pass the evaluator and get to trading real money before i can link the accounts together BUT IF THERE IS ANY WAY I CAN NOW i would greatly appreciate it. thanks for your time |

It is not possible to copy orders between Teton order routing and the Trading Evaluator service. This is not supported.
