From what you are stating, these accounts can not be using the same Username and Password that you are using to connect your Sierra Chart instances to your Order Routing Service. Please let us know if you are using the exact same Username and Password in both instances of Sierra Chart to connect to the trading service and if so, how you get one account in one instance and another account in another instance.
