Good morning! I've been trying for a couple weeks now to build a chartbook for SPY-NQTV, but every time I try and load the symbol my app freezes while loading the historical data. Is this something to do with the data feed I'm subscribed to or is there another issue? I was under the impression I could open a delayed feed under this symbol with the Denali Exchange feed, no?

You can definitely get the delayed streaming data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, which you are properly asking for by using the -NQTV after the symbol.

How much data are you requesting when you open the chart for the symbol? Did you change the Chart Settings for the Number of Days to Load, or set a Date Range? If so, what are these set to? Also, what is the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> 1-Tick Data (and Non-Tick Data)?

Basically, what we are getting at with the above questions is that it can take awhile to download the initial data, particularly if you have requested a large amount of data up front. How long have you waited for the data to download?

1 tick and non-tick are both set at 186, which is the same as I use for my other chart books. Date range at the moment has it going back to 09-16-22. I've never adjusted that though and that's also what my other chart books are going off of.

I've gotten it to load all the data a couple times, but each time it had to load over night. Generally, when I try to open the book it starts freezing anywhere between 45%-95% downloaded.

Start by trying to download less data by adjusting the Date range to something more like 1 month (i.e. March 1, 2023). Particularly if you are getting 1 tick data. It sounds like this is just about the amount of data you are trying to get, and you just have to wait for it all to download.

I'll give that a try. Thanks!
