You can definitely get the delayed streaming data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, which you are properly asking for by using the -NQTV after the symbol. How much data are you requesting when you open the chart for the symbol? Did you change the Chart Settings for the Number of Days to Load, or set a Date Range? If so, what are these set to? Also, what is the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> 1-Tick Data (and Non-Tick Data)? Basically, what we are getting at with the above questions is that it can take awhile to download the initial data, particularly if you have requested a large amount of data up front.
