Need Help With Service Pack Options

Hi,
It's time for me to renew my usage time and I'm a bit confused as to my choices. What I want to do is drop the Denali feed. This is not a reflection on the feed itself which I think is great but a cost cutting measure as I'm already paying for two other feeds plus exchange fees. I want to keep all the advanced features but be able to connect to Rithmic thereby saving the cost of Denali and associated exchange fees which is for me redundant. So I guess my question is, is this option even available and what service package would that be? I switched to 11 this morning but see I am still able to connect to Denali.
Thanks

To connect to Rithmic you would need service package 10, 11 or 12.

And if you do not want to use the Denali Data Feed, then just simply do not activate any exchanges.

And you can disable its use expressly through:

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No.

Sorry, but I'm still confused. I understand I need service package 10,11, or 12 for Rithmic ... simple enough, I want to keep 12. However, how do I deactivate the exchanges and Denali? The exchanges show active and I can't find a way to deactivate them. Setting "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No turned of the feed to Rithmic. As it stands now I am still getting a System Notification Message that the Denali Data Feed is set to renew on 2023-3-28.

Either you figured it out, or it was done for you somehow, but you no longer have any exchanges active. This does mean that you will still have access to the data through the end of the month, should you desire to use it. Setting the Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds option to No does give you the data from your trading service instead of from our Denali feed, as you know.

The Message about the "Denali Data Feed Renewing on 3-28" is not really correct. Your Usage Time (or your Package) are set to renew on March 28, 2023, not the Denali feed. That message is an older one that we need to update.

Keep in mind that you are on Package 12, which only gives you access to the MBO data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are no longer using our data, then you will not be able to get the MBO information. Therefore, you should downgrade your package to package 11.
