Chart time not moving and data not loading

So I updated my time zone and session times on my charts. but once I applied all settings the time on the chart is frozen and new data isn't loading. Sierra Chart is still keeping real time as I can see at the top of the window, but within the chart itself the clock is frozen and no data from the point at which I opened the platform and the chart starts up.

Double check your Session Times and make sure they cover the time period for when the market is open. If you are using separate Evening Session hours, then make sure the Evening Session is enabled.

If it is not something obvious in the Session Times, then we need to know what your Session Times are set to along with the Time Zone of the chart (if the chart is set to Global Time Zone, then we need to know what the Global Time Zone is set to). And we also need to know the symbol of the chart and a screenshot of what you are seeing.
