I installed a new ssd for sierra chart and moved my data folder to it. I changed the data location within Sierra Chart to route to the new SSD. All my charts are working except for my MBO and market depth. Was there a separate folder I needed to move over or another setting to change? |

There is no reason why these would not be working. Are you not getting any Market Depth data? Is it just historical data that is not showing?

My MBO is completely empty, I am getting some market depth but is seems very low in comparison to pre moving the daya folder. It's possible my market depth issue is rollover related.

Start by going through the information at the following section for the Market Depth data and make sure you are getting the number of levels that you want: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels Then go through the Setup Instructions for the MBO data, to ensure that everything is set properly: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions Let us know where you stand after going through the above. If you are still having an issue, please get us a screenshot of what you are seeing and tell us the symbol for the chart. So you are getting some MBO data, so that is good. For that particular symbol, go to the Symbol Settings and check what is set for Minimum Order Quantity. If this is set to anything other than the Default of '0', then change it to be the Default. Then select OK to close that window and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Then see if you get more MBO data for the symbol.
