So you are getting some MBO data, so that is good. For that particular symbol, go to the Symbol Settings and check what is set for Minimum Order Quantity. If this is set to anything other than the Default of '0', then change it to be the Default. Then select OK to close that window and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Then see if you get more MBO data for the symbol.
