Detached Window (DOM) Resizing Issue

I have a handful of chartbooks with detached trading DOM's. When I switch between Chartbooks the DOM window size always changes to half screen and I need to grab a corner and resize. I am fairly certain this happened after I copied all my SC files to a Laptop for a trip, then copied them back to my desktop. Is there a setting file that stores SC Window positioning that I can reset/delete? |

There is no file to be deleted or modified. The windows are set to come back in the same position they were when they are closed. Changing to half a screen sounds like the operating system thinks you have the window up at an edge and are trying to get that specific view. There is nothing we can do about this, except to say to try and get the windows repositioned and then exit Sierra Chart and restart and everything should be in the same place. Figured it out. Sierra Chart will not save/recognize a detached Window state if you grab the corner of a detached window, resize near a border and the Windows "Snap" circle appears. You need to resize the SC window to the area and size you want without the Windows "Snap To Border" appearing, then SC will save it's position. Hope this helps someone else out... Maybe this is in the SC docs and I missed it? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-03-07 10:59:01
