There is no file to be deleted or modified. The windows are set to come back in the same position they were when they are closed. Changing to half a screen sounds like the operating system thinks you have the window up at an edge and are trying to get that specific view. There is nothing we can do about this, except to say to try and get the windows repositioned and then exit Sierra Chart and restart and everything should be in the same place.
