You have not gone through the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which includes signing the agreements and activating (and paying for) the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data.

Note that you state that you want real-time data for the CME Group. Be aware that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you have worked out the Non-Professional issue, then please go through the Setup Instructions at the following link to get the real-time data:

Hi

I'm currently not looking to have a funded futures trading account, what do I need to do to only get the real time data feed and stay on sim mode for now

If you do not have (or want to have) a live, funded, futures trading account, then the CME Group requires that you pay the Professional fees in order to get the data.

The COMEX data costs $127.00 for the Professional exchange.

Refer to the pricing for the exchanges here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

Another option is to use our Delayed Streaming Data, which is available at no cost. This data is 10 minutes delayed for the CME Group and acts like real-time data. We recommend using this while you are still learning Sierra Chart or working out a trading system.

Otherwise, the other option is to open a trading account, which you can do for as little as $100 by following the information at the following link:
