You have not gone through the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which includes signing the agreements and activating (and paying for) the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data. Note that you state that you want real-time data for the CME Group. Be aware that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
