hello, please i need help i don't understand the procedure, activating DENALI data.......i deposited the required funds on march 1, even though my account gave me ok until March 10 and now I don't have real time data? and I have the info that on my account it's ok until April 10....? please what to do....?

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. The Sierra Chart Usage Time renews on a 31 day cycle, so the date for the renewal is going to be different than the renewal for the exchanges, and it is going to be a slightly different day of the month most months (not all months are 31 days long). You did add funds, but you then used these to renew your Usage Time through April 10, 2023. Therefore, you do not have enough funds to renew your Exchange. Go to the Payments page and add enough funds to renew the exchange(s) for your account. For your account this is $34.25 for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth Data for Non-professional accounts". ok thank you for the answer sir John, so if I understand correctly? brief history of my little story; 1- I use sierra chart at my broker AMP clearing only cost of flows only 2- now I had to go to Sierra and now pay for the platform .... cost of flows at AMP for CQG .... 3- and now that I have updated SIErra chart version #2480 I have to pay for the use of sierra chart and I have no choice but to pay for DENALI streams...? vs 'Is that the topo...? 4- summary of my situation I initially go from a fee at amp let's say around $30 and now sierra chart $36 and denali $34.25, so I'm tripling my monthly fees....?did I understand..? |

I thought with the service package #10 at $36/month the denali real-time stream was included? now with the new version it costs me $36 for sierra chart and $34.25 for denali ???

You are correct in your statements as they are, but you would have been paying the same amount for the exchange fees to AMP for the CQG data as you are to us. So your total fees have not tripled, just gone up a bit in the change from allowing AMP to sell Sierra Chart to having to get it direct from us. Also, if you do not need the Market Depth data for all of the CME Group, then you can lower your exchange costs a bit. No, this is not true and we do not know where the idea comes from, as we are very careful with our wording on our website. The Integrated Packages (packages 10, 11, and 12) are required in order to get the Denali data, but they do not "include" it. You still need to pay the exchange fees, which are separate from the package costs. thank you again for the answer, in your last answer, I am not saying that it is more expensive from SIERRA, I am not in price negotiation....not at all..... yes, it was really me who had assumed that in package #10, it meant that denali flux was included, but hey, misunderstanding..... I am to understand the monthly fees, I know well one place or the other the prices are similar...... on the other hand for a year without repeating myself I paid $30 at AMP to work with SIERRA and CQG flux and now it costs me $36 at AMP and $36 at SIERRA and $34.25 for DENALI, we are a year later for that is triple.. .... OK, so the question I have to ask myself is? do i need denali? for CQG worked fine.... thank you very much for your time sir JOHN..... |

We can not say how you were able to get $30 for Sierra Chart and CQG data. That was a great deal then. But, we have made several changes along the way, and all we can say is that the pricing is what it is at this point. The changes we have made have been to help streamline a lot of the processes around these items. In the long term, this helps everyone. One of these changes is that we no longer support CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore you do need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the data.
