Your installation log shows the following: Failed to create folder: SierraChart\DownloadedInstallationFiles\ACS_Source\. Windows error code 3: The system cannot find the path specified.
Are you trying to install Sierra Chart on a MAC, or Linux? If so, keep in mind that Sierra Chart is only setup to work with Windows. Others have had success at installing Sierra Chart on emulators for MAC and Linux, for which there are a few posts in this Support Board. Otherwise, you should be able to get the Zip installer to work for you. Apparently there is a difference, although we are not familiar with Parallels, so we can not say why. The only information we have is the Windows Error Message provided above. The Zip installer should work for you however, as it does not depend on the program to create any folders - you have to do that yourself and then just unzip (or copy) the files to that location. @User849326 If you are using Intel based Mac, you might consider install Linux + Wine, save you so much headache in the long run. Linux doesn't work on M1/M2, besides Parallels, you can try Oracle's VirtualBox, a free VM, I am running Windows with VirtualBox Linux version on my 2015 iMac, fairly decent.
