Apparently there is a difference, although we are not familiar with Parallels, so we can not say why. The only information we have is the Windows Error Message provided above. The Zip installer should work for you however, as it does not depend on the program to create any folders - you have to do that yourself and then just unzip (or copy) the files to that location.
