hi, I bought the wrong package I need to but the 56USD per month package I bought advanced package 5 for 36USD instead how can I change my package without having to pay a full 56USD

Just change the package selection. We adjust the amount of time when you change the package. Refer to these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. Thank you for your help I have another issue, when I’m linking my apex funded trial to Sierra charts I’m not getting live data feed through I’m unsure what server to use I e contacted apex and they said I have to raise this issue with Sierra charts

If you are wanting to get the data from Rithmic, then make sure that you have entered your Rithmic Username/Password in all 3 areas on the Data/Trade Service Settings window. Refer to the Setup Instructions here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions We can not tell you what server to use. That information comes from Apex. The only thing we can tell you is that there are a selection of servers that start with "Apex", so we assume it would be one of those servers.
