10min delay on live feeds

I have gone through and made all the connections as explained in the articles but we are still getting data that is 10min old.. How can we check this and get live data? |

You need to go through the Setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and eventually activate and pay for, the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. Can you not peer into my account and see all this, seems you are troubleshooting, can save all our time by you have admin panel so we get to the root issue.

We have looked at the setup of your account. You have not done the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you have not filled out the data agreements or activated any exchanges - ever. You also have never been charged for any exchange fees. Package 12 (or any of the Integrated packages) do not automatically give you real-time data - they just give you the ability to get the real-time data, as opposed to the Base packages, which do not. Can you please tell me what I have been charged for for the last 2 months since this was not real time data? My balance is half of what I sent in.

Your account has been charged for the Usage Time of Package 12 for one month ($56.00) two times (two months). You can view the transactions for your account by selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payments Receipts on the Main Control Panel for your account on our website. Okay I have submitted all the CME as per attached screen shot. I still dont have live data.

Everything on your account looks good. If you are still having issues then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
