We have looked at the setup of your account. You have not done the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you have not filled out the data agreements or activated any exchanges - ever. You also have never been charged for any exchange fees. Package 12 (or any of the Integrated packages) do not automatically give you real-time data - they just give you the ability to get the real-time data, as opposed to the Base packages, which do not.
