Hello-

I’ve installed the software, was not able to use the free trial, could not even get delayed data. Can you please help me? Would love to get it up and running soon. If you can restart trial would be helpful, then I plan on paying once I can navigate and figure out settings etc.

Im using a brand new MacBook Pro, if remote in is the best thing im happy to setup a session.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

Keep in mind that Sierra Chart does not have a native MAC program. You have to run Sierra Chart in a Windows Emulator of some kind. There are a few posts on this Support Board on this topic.

I’ve tried all of this but can’t even get delayed data. I use crossover for Mac, I had someone with a similar setup try to remote in, still doesn’t work. How do I setup a remote session with you guys?

You should be getting the Delayed Streaming data.

If you are opening an existing chartbook (such as the example chartbook we send with the system) then open the Chartbook and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. You should start getting data into the charts.
