Hello- I’ve installed the software, was not able to use the free trial, could not even get delayed data. Can you please help me? Would love to get it up and running soon. If you can restart trial would be helpful, then I plan on paying once I can navigate and figure out settings etc. Im using a brand new MacBook Pro, if remote in is the best thing im happy to setup a session.
