I am getting the same thing today. Based on the number of posts about this issue it is wide spread. I bet it has something to do with Teton Order Routing. My pending orders were submitted at 2:37pm ET. I think Teton went down around that time

AMP just emailed saying that CQG has order routing issues as well. Yes, likely widespread since I use CQG routing with AMP.

Same issue here. I'm with AMP using CQG order routing, and was able to flatten my position by logging on to the CQG web dashboard directly. This is a major f-up. Open orders are still showing as "pending cancel"

Message from AMP trade desk chat 3:43 pm EST: The order routing system is experiencing technical problems. Please restart your platform.
Pending orders are stuck "in transit" We are working with CQG and will provide update shortly. All customers will be notified when the system is functioning normally. |

CQG had a similar but worse order routing issue around a year or two ago but back then, you couldn't even flatten your position (and neither could your broker). the issue wasn't resolved for over 12 hours and i was stuck in a long position that i had entered during the cash session. as fate might have it, the market tanked overnight and i sustained a pretty heavy loss. the good news is that AMP was generous enough to refund my loss on that position but the bad news is AMP still refuses to offer the Teton Order routing service as an alternative. i'm glad to hear this time around, people are at least able to close out their positions. |

This is a CQG issue, so there is nothing we can do to alleviate the immediate issue. You will need to check with your broker for updates.
