Velocity of Data Slow

I have two SC Applications loaded on my computer. I have one for live trading and the other for SIM, running orders through your server for more realistic entry's.

The Velocity on my Live platform works fine. I can see the velocity of the markets on the Ladder and Charts.
On the SIM I have no velocity change at all. The Ladder shows roughly a change (update) in price or flow every 2/3 of a second and never changes. The open looks just like mid day and close. I have no control over performance settings under Chart Settings. Chart Drawing Time is set to 0ms (Read Only)

How do I speed up the velocity? This is the same when I only open a Ladder set to 1 day of data and the only thing open in the chartbook, with no other chartbooks open.

I can't see the personality of the market.

Check the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval for both of those charts and see if they are set to the same value. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)

No difference,
All charts are set to zero, (no delay)
The attached image is the Ladder settings
I tried the replay mode and is the same.

Is there something in Global settings that could affect this?
Was also wondering if the data feed is different using the routing through Denali demo. Also my SIM charts are delayed. How do I make them real time?

Is there something in Global settings that could affect this?

Yes, the Chart Update Interval. When the Chart Settings is set to 0, that means to use the Global Chart Update Interval. You need to check this value on both installations. The setting is located at Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Chart Update Interval. Refer to the documentation for this here:
General Settings Window: Chart Update Interval (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)

Was also wondering if the data feed is different using the routing through Denali demo

We do not know what you mean by "Denali Demo", but there is no different routing of the data based on the service settings, or anything else for that matter. It is possible that you can have one installation connected to one server and the other connected to a different server. We would not expect you to see any difference, but theoretically it could be possible depending on the routing. But, this would also mean that you should not see a consistent issue - as the particular server you are connected to is random, so if this were the issue, then you would just see this occasionally. Still, what you can do is on the system that is "slow" select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed and that will connect you to the other server.

Also my SIM charts are delayed. How do I make them real time?

As long as you are getting data for the CME Group and using the correct symbols for the given service, then this should not occur. What exactly do you mean by "SIM" charts?

That worked for the slow data. Thanks. The problem with the delayed data: I have set up your "Trading evaluator" and I had it set on Delayed data to make it work and it has been working fine in Delayed mode. This morning I went ahead and set it to live data and the charts stopped updating, the Ladders work but the charts are frozen. I deleted the data and reloaded it and did not change. I get the current price moving on the chart, but the candles don't move or update. (frozen) I don't have very much data loaded. Only 2 days on the main chart as 90 days on the 15 min and 5 min charts. It seems to work in Delayed data but not with live data.

The most likely reason is the Session Times. Make sure these are set correctly.

But refer to the information at the following link which goes through all the possible reasons for what you are seeing:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart

The session times are fine. I set the Current Selected Service to : Trading Evaluator from (delayed) and the charts freeze for 10 minutes and then they start moving delayed 10 min, even though I set the Service from Delayed [trading] to [trading].

It's not session times.
I get the attached notice every session when using the Trading Evaluator

Make sure you have enabled:
Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.

You also need to update Sierra Chart. You are running an older version:
Software Download: Fast Update

You can safely ignore that notice with the Trading Evaluator if it occasionally occurs.
