Hi, I have recently activated SGX level 2 data on my CQG account. However, when I'm trying to connect CQG on SierraChart to view tick data of several symbols, I'm getting inconsistent behavior. The CQG data feed works perfectly for several FX futures and equity indices futures. But I'm getting trouble viewing data on the commodity futures, mainly Rubber and Iron Ore. F.US.ZFTG23 / SICOM Technically Specified Rubber 20 - Historical daily chart available, Intraday chart unavailable; F.US.FEFG23 / TSI Iron Ore CFR China 62% - Neither Historical nor intraday chart is available. Again, I have confirmed that I have the data feed enabled for these two symbols on CQG side (SGX CommodityQuote). But SC still complains "Instrument is not allowed. Result = 103". I am now bewildered. I wonder if SierraChart could add support for these two symbols? Thanks in advance. |

You need to contact your broker about this. Those errors are coming from CQG. They need to activate historical data for this exchange. F.US.ZFTG23 / SICOM Technically Specified Rubber 20 - Historical daily chart available, Intraday chart unavailable; This message is from CQG, not Sierra Chart! But SC still complains "Instrument is not allowed. Result = 103".
