I did this: To control the number of market depth levels displayed on the Chart DOM use the setting Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Maximum Market Depth Levels. I had max at 0 and still cannot see more than 40 points below or above on ES . I tried 500 fax and same result. On edge pro with Rithmic I can see 200 points above and below. [why do I only see ~40 price ticks up and down on the ladder I should be able to see 200 up or down like book map does with Rithmic?] Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-02-10 21:16:21

We are a bit confused by the sharp cutoff of the data display. First, are the Blue and Red bars from the Draw DOM Graph on Chart? Second, please change the Maximum Market Depth Levels to 0. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Once the market opens on Sunday night (or on Monday, if you do not get online on Sunday) then take another image of that DOM graph so we can see how it looks. You should have much more stragglers of the data further up and down (again, you should not have the sharp cutoff). Hi Yes that is just a chart no DOM. even when I do a straight DOM I only get to see order 50 points up ahd down as in picture. This is getting very frustrating. I need full MBO data
