Switching from sim to live

Hi,
I'm trying to trade from my live account which I've confirmed is now funded as of yesterday. When I uncheck 'trade simulation mode on' and place a trade, it automatically turns sim mode back on again and places the trade in my sim account. Please advise how to proceed. I'm pretty certain that my account is linked to Sierra as I had to do so in order to receive live data.

Your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. This means that you are not connected to your trading account.

What broker or trading service do you use? We need to know this to point you to the proper instructions.

We assume they have you setup to use the Teton Order Routing service. If this is correct, then follow the instructions at the following link starting at Step #6:
