Hi, I'm trying to trade from my live account which I've confirmed is now funded as of yesterday. When I uncheck 'trade simulation mode on' and place a trade, it automatically turns sim mode back on again and places the trade in my sim account. Please advise how to proceed. I'm pretty certain that my account is linked to Sierra as I had to do so in order to receive live data. Thanks for your help as always, Jake |
