I could not download the file, so I downloaded the zip file instead. After unzipping and extracting the data in the zip file and running the program I get errors when I login with my account.

(Cannot attach screenshot of errors and when I read directions on how to do so it was a dead link.)

Essentially I am getting "failed to open file" errors when trying to login to the Sierra Chart Program.

The location where you have installed Sierra Chart on your computer system does not allow for Sierra Chart to write files to that location.

You need to either change the folder location, or you need to run Sierra Chart as Administrator. To run as Administrator right click on the program icon and you should have an option for "Run as Administrator".

I can now login to Sierra, but I am seeing no data.

I have uploaded a known working chart but it is blank...

I would really like to use this software but so far I am unable to even get it running after a week of trying and reading a bunch of forums. Could someone please give me a call just so I can get things up and running?

The main issue you are having is that your account was not an "Activated Trial". As such, you had limited access to data. We have activated your trial, so you should be good now.

The error you show is a general Internet connectivity error. Hopefully this was just a one time issue, so now that you have the Activated Trial, let us know if you continue to have an issue.
