The main issue you are having is that your account was not an "Activated Trial". As such, you had limited access to data. We have activated your trial, so you should be good now. The error you show is a general Internet connectivity error. Hopefully this was just a one time issue, so now that you have the Activated Trial, let us know if you continue to have an issue.
