After a month of torture with no intraday charts amongst other issues I have been using the 75 beta version and everything has been fantastic. This AM I was forced into the 2480 and now I have question marks on half of my IB quote page instead of prices.

The only thing the beta did not do was list stock names on quote sheets, but 2480 does. I would rather not see names than look at a TWS page with all question marks.
So its a constant back and forth, if I want TWS quotes I have to disconnect SC, need a chart? go back and reconnect.

I have reduced TWS quote sheet to 8 symbols and that still leaves lots of ????. This ? issue started last year and totally went away with the 75 beta version and its back and very annoying. I really wish you did not force me to change to 2480 things were going so well.

It sounds like you are referring to a problem with trader workstation. Not Sierra Chart.

Sierra Chart is not going to cause a problem with Trader Workstation. If there is some problem being induced, it is because of some fault within Trader Workstation.

These things only confirm to us we should not be supporting interactive brokers market data . This is not worth it for us.

What exchanges do you need market data for. We can provide you the market data independent from Interactive Brokers.

The current TWS and SC combination we are using for futures has no issues, and is stable on 10.20.1c and 2458 with full needed functionality for futures in our use case. Please do not do sudden forced removal of working features and sudden forced updates without letting us test them ourselves with adequate time to see how they may affect our needs and production business environment.

This has really gone down the toilet fast. I have a green connected light but symbols showing zero and I had a trade for DIA and though it was connected the chart was not updating, at a standstill. So I disconnect and reconnect and yep the price had unfortunately moved quite a bit. Unless you can constantly verify the chart is getting data than its useless to monitor a trade. Yesterday it was not like this. shot of quote board and another shot with a smaller quote as the only thing open.

I noticed on that smaller quote, I opened it with the connected green, if I disconnect then connect the quotes slowly fill in, some never fill in and the charts are dead. If I load a new symbol into the quote it has all zeros and only if I dis/reconnect it may decide to fill in. When there are zeros the daily charts will not update.Hard to believe this went from 99% to 10% overnight.Depressing. I admit I know nothing but to have a nearly fully working version one day and this the next after an "upgrade" and saying it's TWS's fault just seems common sense-wise crazy and I know nothing about programming.

The SC Version 2480 is working great with TWS 10.21 and the latest API for Stocks and Futures. Thank you for your hard work.

We are not doing any sudden forced removal of features or forced updates. That is just not happening at the version you are at. You can stay there as long as you want.

Thank you for post #7.
