It sounds like you are referring to a problem with trader workstation. Not Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart is not going to cause a problem with Trader Workstation. If there is some problem being induced, it is because of some fault within Trader Workstation. These things only confirm to us we should not be supporting interactive brokers market data .
