Could not configure Sierra Charts with IB

I was attempting to use Sierra Charts for it's order bar with interactive brokers. I was unable to get the configuration to work and have gone with another third party program. If possible, I would like to get a refund on both this month's licensing fee as well as the other money (I think it's $19?) I have credited to my service account.

We only refund Usage Time in full month increments. You only have 19 days left in your current subscription, therefore we do not refund this amount.
