I need to run sierra chart on 2 different computers on the same time

I need to run sierra chart on 2 different computers on the same time. Do I have to pay dinalli data and market depth data on each compurter? Or how it works? I just paid for extra copy of sierra and it does not work. Thanks |

You do not need the Additional System option that you selected. We have disabled this for your account and refunded you the $16.00 for this. You are allowed to run Sierra Chart on up to 3 different computers at the same time. The issue is that the exchange rules are different. The exchange rules are that you can have 3 connections at the same time to a computer. You can also have 3 connections to a second computer, but you need to pay the exchange fees a second time for that second computer. For more information on these rules refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections In the section linked above, refer to the sub-section for Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously, as that will give you the instructions to allow the data to two different computers. Hello, I'm trying to run Sierra Chart from my laptop and when I try to add my Rithmic account, I get blank server list. Can you please advise? |

You need to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window after having selected "Rithmic" for the Current Selected Service. Then open the window again and the Server list will be populated.
