Switched to Teton, now major problems with data

Hi,

I just switched to teton order routing and having major issues today with charts. Big gaps in data, charts not updating in real time.

Make sure the session times include the full 24 hours of trading:

Hi,

I updated symbol settings.
Reconnected to data feed
Hit delete and download data.

This is what I'm getting missing hours of data!

It's also not working live either. Dinali always worked flawlessly but since Teton having all sorts of issues.

Try removing all the data and redownloading it. You simply should not be having this issue with missing data. To do this make sure the particular chart is selected (active) and then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

That seemed to work for one chart rest of charts say waiting to download historical data been 15-20 mins. Switching from DiNali ESH23-CME to ESH23_FUT_CME on teton is data slowing with this service or can it take 30-60+ mins at first to get all data? Typically I've seen when downloading data it gives indication of it working this just shows those boxes on almost all charts.

It does not matter what service you are using for trading with respect to how you get the data. These are two separate things.

It can take awhile to redownload all the data for a chart, particularly if you have a lot of data set to load and especially if those charts are Continuous Futures contracts. It sounds like you are also trying to download data for multiple different symbols at a time, which adds to the amount of time it takes to download.
