It does not matter what service you are using for trading with respect to how you get the data. These are two separate things. It can take awhile to redownload all the data for a chart, particularly if you have a lot of data set to load and especially if those charts are Continuous Futures contracts. It sounds like you are also trying to download data for multiple different symbols at a time, which adds to the amount of time it takes to download.
