DOM not showing pending orders

I have connected my rhithmic account to sierra chart however i cannot seem to see the pending orders (bids and offers) on the DOM. Is there a solution to fix this issue? https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=75021 |

We see that you had activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the following exchange: - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts Although it is currently set to "Deactivated", you will still get the data for the CME exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed through the end of the month, since you have already paid for it. Since that exchange does not have the Market Depth data, then that would explain the issue. If you want to only get the Rithmic data, then you need to change the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi i have followed the above however the list of 10 pending orders are still not showing. Could it be due to it being a funding evaluation account?

Refer to the following for things to try - but it could be that you are not setup for the depth data from your provider (which is one of the options): File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
