We see that you had activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the following exchange:
- CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts

Although it is currently set to "Deactivated", you will still get the data for the CME exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed through the end of the month, since you have already paid for it. Since that exchange does not have the Market Depth data, then that would explain the issue.

If you want to only get the Rithmic data, then you need to change the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No.
