I am getting the error: "Download Failed Error downloading historical Daily data for NGV23-NGX23.FUT_SPREAD.CME. Historical data file not available" For NGV23-NGX23.FUT_SPREAD.CME specifically. This appears when I try to load a chart. The DOM is also empty when I try to open this symbol. This is odd because every other NG spread I have tried works. Just manipulating either of the legs (e.g. changing "X" to "Z") in the same historical chart or DOM succeeds in downloading the instrument data. I wasn't sure what supporting data to post, so if you'd like some, please let me know. My version is 2448 64-bit, revision is 43911M. |

There is no data available for that symbol. It looks like it does not even exist. The exchange did not provide any data.

hmm that's very odd... this should be the october/november calendar spread. i see quotes in both IBKR (IB data feed) and TT (via tradestation).
