Hi Sierra Chart Support,

I have a live, funded trading account with Dorman Trading, LLC. I use Sierra Charting with the Rithmic data feed.

Due to a recent serious surgery, I have not been able to trade or even open my Sierra Charting for weeks. Now when I attempt to log on, I am not able to get the charts to load with neither past historical or live data for my charting. Can you please tell me what I need to do to get this re-activated again.

Hi there, we have re-activated the Real-time CME Group Exchanges that you had in December.

The 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time.

Then please re-connect to the Data Feed:
File Menu: Connect to Data Feed (File)
