Hi Sierra Chart Support,

I have a live, funded trading account with Dorman Trading, LLC. I use Sierra Charting with the Rithmic data feed.

Due to a recent serious surgery, I have not been able to trade or even open my Sierra Charting for weeks. Now when I attempt to log on, I am not able to get the charts to load with neither past historical or live data for my charting. Can you please tell me what I need to do to get this re-activated again.
