Hello, I paid for your Package 10 about 2 days ago ($36) and now I just got an email that my service will renew at the start of next month (start of January) and I need to add more money. WHY? How come? I thought the payment I made 2 days ago is for 30 days? Kindly advise. USER ID : Bukkyo |

Thanks for your quick response. 1. I paid 2 or 3 days ago and thought that was for 30 days, so why will I need to pay again in 21 days? Kindly help me understand. 2. I paid for package 3 initially, then I added $10 and then changed to package 10. Was the change to packed 10 not successful? I do want package 10, not 3. Thanks. |

When you change packages we do not charge you for the difference. Rather, we adjust the Usage Time available based on the difference in the pricing between the packages and the amount of time you have left. If you change to a more expensive package, then your Usage Time will go down, and vice versa. Therefore, when you originally purchased Package 3, you were given 31 days, hence a renewal date of January 28, 2023, but when you changed to package 10 your renewal date changed to January 19, 2023. The $10.00 that you added is still in your account under the Services Surplus.
